Job summary

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a Finance Officer to manage payments to contractors, suppliers and departments, and to ensure posting of expenses into the ERP system. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with knowledge of fixed assets accounting.

You will support the line manager in land records and taxation matters, respond to queries, and coordinate with departments on payment and advance closing processes. Independent work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

• Experience with fixed asset software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to contractors, suppliers, and departments.
• Ensure timely processing of advances and closing of advances.
• Record expenses accurately to relevant heads/projects.
• Prepare payment vouchers and post timely to ERP.
• Support Line Manager in land record management and taxation.
• Respond to queries from departments/vendors.
• Coordinate with departments for payment-related and advance-closing matters.
• Work independently and resolve issues as they arise.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
