Job summary

Leading Industrial Engineering Enterprise in Lahore is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead cost accounting, IFRS reporting, and tax compliance. The role reports to the CFO and requires 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

You will optimize costing, manage inventory valuation under IAS 2, and coordinate statutory audits while ensuring timely tax filings and financial statements. The position offers professional growth within a premier industrial engineering manufacturing enterprise

Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) or ACMA/ACCA/CA-Inter from an HE recognised institution.
• 5–7 years of corporate and cost accounting experience in a manufacturing/industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and monthly variance analysis.
• Inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods under IAS 2.
• Finalize monthly and annual financial statements under IFRS (IFRS 15/16).
• File monthly sales tax returns on the FBR IRIS portal under the Sales Tax Act 1990.
• Calculate and deduct withholding income tax under Section 153; manage advance tax.
