Job summary

Sperton Pakistan seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager with 10–12 years in finance for a Lahore garment manufacturer. You will steer end-to-end financial operations, costing, and inventory controls across design, production, and retail channels.

Role requires tax planning, budgeting, robust reporting, ERP (Odoo) implementation, and strong internal controls. You will supervise junior staff and coordinate audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in accounting/finance, textiles or garment industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/ACMA is desirable.
• Hands-on ERP experience, especially Odoo; strong Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Lead costings, BOM analysis, and margin optimization for garments.
• Ensure tax compliance with Pakistani laws and regulatory filings.
• Manage inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and WIP tracking.
• Drive ERP implementation and internal controls across operations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate external audits.
