Edge is expanding its Finance vertical and seeks a Senior Accountant to own accounting cycles and reporting for international clients. You will play a key role in month-end processes, close activities, and financial statement preparation under IFRS and US GAAP.

The position offers a fully remote, full-time role with a schedule aligned to client requirements across PST/MST/EST/CST time zones, collaborating with global teams and delivering actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• US GAAP knowledge is required.
• ACCA or CA finalist status preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
• Experience preparing month-end financial reports.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Review complex journal entries and estimates.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Mentor junior accountants and ensure policy compliance.
• Work with global teams on accounting deliverables.
