Job summary

Associated Textile Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Senior Account Specialist to manage Walmart and Best Buy marketplace accounts. The role focuses on optimizing listings, pricing, promotions, and performance analytics while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive profitability.

The position is remote with hours aligned to Canadian business hours. 3–5+ years of eCommerce and marketplace experience are required, along with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant eCommerce, marketplace or key account management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Walmart and/or Best Buy Marketplace accounts.
• Strong knowledge of catalog management, marketplace SEO, advertising, pricing and account health.
• Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting and SKU/account-level profitability analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and large datasets.
• Strong communication, organisation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily account operations and develop growth plans.
• Create and optimise listings, product content, images, keywords and attributes to improve visibility and conversion.
• Manage pricing, promotions and marketplace advertising; monitor campaign performance and ROI.
• Analyse sales, marketplace fees and costs to improve SKU- and account-level profitability.
• Monitor inventory, forecast demand and coordinate replenishment to minimise stock-outs and excess stock.
• Manage WFS shipment creation and coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• Resolve listing, order, payment and compliance issues; track cases through closure.
• Coordinate with Fulfilment, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service and Graphics teams.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews with clear recommendations and action plans.
