Job summary

Confidential Company in Islamabad is seeking a Security & HSE Manager to oversee workplace safety, physical security, and emergency preparedness across multiple office locations. You will lead security operations, CCTV surveillance, incident management, and crisis coordination in line with policies and legal requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years' relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, and PSP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Security Management.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA preferred.
• Armed forces or law enforcement background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations, access control, and CCTV across all sites.
• Supervise contracted guards, rosters, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and alarms.
• Conduct risk assessments and routine inspections; address identified issues promptly.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and evidence collection.
• Prepare monthly safety and security reports with KPIs and trends.
• Deliver safety briefings, inductions, and awareness sessions for staff and visitors.
