ShieldPro Protection in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a seasonal concierge at our hotel to deliver excellent guest service and assist with needs during their stay.

This temporary role is ideal for students or individuals seeking hospitality experience; responsibilities include greeting guests, arranging transport, providing local information, coordinating with departments, and maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but some customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Good knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Lahore.
• Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Arrange transportation and make reservations for dining, entertainment or other activities.
• Provide information about local attractions, events and transportation options.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain the lobby area clean and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest requests for amenities such as extra towels, pillows, etc.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
