Job summary

PostEx is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and bridge business stakeholders with development teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in agile delivery, business analysis, Jira management, and documenting requirements.

Fintech or logistics exposure is highly preferred. The role requires facilitating ceremonies, converting needs into user stories, maintaining the backlog in Jira, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong business analysis capabilities.
• Expertise in Jira for backlog, sprint, and task management.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Previous experience in Fintech or Logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog in Jira.
• Identify and resolve blockers affecting delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and expectations.
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support testing, UAT sessions, and releases.

Job Overview

Prior exposure to Fintech or Logistics domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. Maintain and manage the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking using Jira.
• Actively identify and resolve blockers or impediments that affect delivery timelines.
• Ensure all technical and functional documentation is well-prepared and continuously updated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and business expectations.
• Promote agile best practices across teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in product testing, UAT sessions, and support development during releases. Required
