Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and bridge business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, strong business analysis skills, Jira expertise, and a track record of delivering in fintech or logistics domains.

Certifications like CSM or PSM are preferred; excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong business analysis capabilities.
• Expertise in Jira for backlog, sprint, and task management.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. Maintain and manage the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking using Jira.
• Actively identify and resolve blockers or impediments that affect delivery timelines.
• Ensure all technical and functional documentation is well-prepared and continuously updated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and business expectations.
• Promote agile best practices across teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in product testing, UAT sessions, and support development during releases.
