Job summary

Sapphire Finishing Mills in Lahore is seeking a Management Trainee for SAP PM & QM to develop skills in system support, data handling, and process improvement. You will assist daily tasks for SAP PM/QM modules, focusing on user support, enhancements, and research to optimize maintenance and quality operations.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, master data management, reporting, ABAP-related development, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
Some exposure to SAP is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line user assistance for SAP PM and QM, resolve or escape tickets within SLA timelines.
Maintain master data for PM (equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists) and support scheduling and reporting.
Handle QM master data such as inspection plans, sampling procedures, and inspection characteristics; process inspection lots and manage quality notifications.
Prepare detailed maintenance and quality reports to aid operational monitoring and managerial decisions.
Gather user requirements, draft functional specifications, support configuration changes, develop custom reports or ABAP programs, and conduct testing and UAT.
Document user manuals, process guides, change records, and research SAP innovations to recommend improvements.
