Job summary

hrsi is seeking a SAP Executive PS to support the SAP ERP Project System module, focusing on accurate project data, budgeting, and cost tracking under guidance of senior consultants.

The role involves WBS, networks, data migration, testing cycles, documentation, and reporting using Excel, SAP GUI, and Fiori, with learning and skill development embedded in daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (GPA ≥ 3.0).
• SAP certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP PS activities (project master updates, WBS creation, issue tracking)
• Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities
• Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration, UAT) and document results
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, MM, SD, PM) for data alignment
• Generate reports and assist in project data analysis and validation
• Actively participate in learning, training, and SAP PS skill development

SAP Executive PS

The role will support the SAP ERP function by assisting in the execution and maintenance of the SAP Project System (PS) module. The incumbent will ensure accurate project data, support testing and documentation activities, and contribute to efficient project planning, budgeting, and cost tracking under the guidance of senior consultants.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide support for SAP PS activities (project master updates, WBS creation, issue tracking)
• Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities
• Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration, UAT) and document results
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, MM, SD, PM) for data alignment
• Generate reports and assist in project data analysis and validation
• Actively participate in learning, training, and SAP PS skill development
• Skills Required Basic SAP navigation and understanding of project management concepts.

Familiarity with:

• WBS
• Networks
• Budgeting & cost planning basics
• Reporting tools (Excel, SAP GUI, Fiori)
• Basic SQL/Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) preferred.
• Understanding of testing lifecycle and documentation techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.
