Premier Housewares in Lahore seeks an experienced IT Manager with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and server management. The ideal candidate is SAP certified and will oversee IT infrastructure, backups, and day-to-day IT operations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and the ability to work independently to sustain system availability and security across the organization. Monday-Friday work with on-site office in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT management experience.
• SAP B1 certified with hands-on experience.
• Strong server management and administration knowledge.
• Experience with backup and restore procedures.
• Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar IT helpdesk.
• Proficient in networking, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage IT vendors and external service providers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP B1 system.
• Monitor servers, network, storage, and IT systems.
• Ensure regular data and server backups; test restoration.
• Maintain backup schedules and integrity.
• Troubleshoot SAP B1, servers, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Provide IT support to employees and resolve issues.
• Manage IT support requests via Freshdesk.
• Document IT systems, configurations, backups, and procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service partners.
• Ensure system availability, security, and business continuity.
• Implement IT policies and security best practices.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential IT issues.
