Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work extensively with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and the WR1 add-on.
• Configure and customize SAP B1 and WR1, including infrastructure, SQL, Crystal Reports, Spindle, and AWS-related activities.
• Deliver end-to-end consulting services for ERP implementation and related projects.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, configurations, and software changes for clients.
• Assist with project consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to clients.
• Handle Jira Helpdesk issues within defined timelines and SLAs.
• Prepare operational documentation, functional requirements, system designs, and user guides.
• Support and guide clients through software changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
• Develop, implement, and document test plans for system and software testing.
• Conduct functional and system testing, identify software issues, troubleshoot root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Identify functionality gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for fixes.
• Make recommendations to improve software and system quality, performance, and functionality.
• Create release guides and functional documentation for each new release of the ISB software.
• Assist with pre-sales activities, including solution discussions and prospective customer engagements.
• Support customer account management and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to support ERP implementation, configuration, customization, upgrades, testing, and ongoing client support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP B1, SQL, Crystal Reports, and client-facing consulting, along with a good understanding of AWS and ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

Work extensively with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and the WR1 (Waste & Recycling One) add-on.

Configure and customize SAP B1 and WR1, including infrastructure, SQL, Crystal Reports, Spindle, and AWS-related activities.

Deliver end-to-end consulting services for ERP implementation and related projects.

Perform system upgrades, enhancements, configurations, and software changes for clients.

Assist with project consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.

Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to clients.

Handle technical support issues raised through Jira Helpdesk within defined timelines and SLAs.

Prepare operational documentation, functional requirements, system designs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Proven experience in SAP B1 implementation, configuration, and support.

Education & Certification
