Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, system configuration, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and Veeam Backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests and technical queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage user issues on a daily basis.
• Perform hardware checks to ensure all devices are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers, Wi‑Fi networks, IP cameras, Windows systems, and software applications.
• Manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
