Job summary

Career Factory is seeking a Real Estate Sales Representative in Lahore to act as a trusted intermediary for clients buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.

You will represent clients, generate leads, show properties, advise on market conditions and pricing, negotiate terms, and handle paperwork to close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Act as a representative for buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the buying/selling process.
• Lead Generation & Marketing: Prospect, build a client network, and promote properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions for prospective buyers.
• Market Research: Advise clients on market conditions, property valuation, and competitive market pricing.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate terms between buyers and sellers, and facilitate the final closing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare necessary documentation, including listing agreements, purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
