Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) to join our Rawalpindi-based team on-site with a night shift. The role is full-time and requires excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and prior BPO verifier experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular students are not eligible to apply

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Provide clear and professional communication with customers
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets
