PRIME BPO is hiring for a Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) at our Saddar Rawalpindi branch. This is a full-time, on-site night-shift role suitable for candidates with BPO experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed.

• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets.
