• Upgrade/downgrade services based on paid tenure.
• Logo uploading and Brand Marketing via JEFFI portal.
• Initiate calls to sales representatives and provide after-sales services promptly.
• Coordinate product/packages processing with sales for timely updates.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data during contract processing.
• Proactively manage assigned client accounts.
• Listen to inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
• Provide feedback to improve CRM performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
