Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Sialkot. The Sales Representative will engage prospective and existing clients, explain NJ Dynamic Solutions’ services as an Alibaba.com channel partner, and guide businesses on how to expand their exports through e-commerce. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, managing client meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, providing after-sales support, and following up to drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. The Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about industry trends, and actively contribute to promotional activities and events.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
• Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms, ideally Alibaba.com or similar B2B marketplaces.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
• Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with SMEs and established companies in the export sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in sales, export services, or IT/e-commerce solutions is highly beneficial.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, with willingness to work on-site in Sialkot and collaborate within a team environment.
