Xperts Packaging – Custom Printed Boxes is hiring a Sales Representative for its Lahore on-site team. You will identify new business opportunities, meet clients, understand their packaging needs, and present tailored box and printing solutions.

You will prepare quotations, follow up to close sales, and nurture existing relationships. You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, track sales activity, and contribute to meeting company targets.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Lahore. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, proactively reach out to potential clients, and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers, understanding their packaging needs, presenting suitable box and printing solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and tracking sales activity in line with company targets. The Sales Representative will represent the brand professionally, participate in sales meetings, and provide feedback on market trends and customer demands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of printing, packaging materials, and customization options to customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in basic sales reporting, use of CRM or sales tracking tools, and handling documentation such as quotations and invoices.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfort working on-site in Lahore, engaging with walk-in clients and visiting customer locations as needed.
• Previous experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or a related sales field is preferred.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
