MQS Engineering is a Pakistan-based industrial equipment supplier and engineering solutions provider seeking a driven sales support professional. The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining customer communications via email and phone, and organizing sales documents such as quotations, POs, and invoices.

You will follow up on inquiries to drive sales and keep records for reporting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional customer-service approach.
• Ability to prepare quotations, sales correspondence, product comparisons, and organized business documents.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email-based coordination.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping with attention to pricing, specifications, quantities, and deadlines.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, engineering products, or B2B sales processes is advantageous.
• Strong follow-up, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional conduct, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations, tenders, and related commercial documents.
• Maintain professional communication with customers through email and telephone to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries to facilitate sales conversions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain orderly records of sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and related documentation to support reporting.
