HRBS Global is seeking a Sales Officer for our Islamabad operations. The role focuses on managing and growing B2B sales relationships, driving new client acquisition, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with prior B2B sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales preferred (agriculture/FMCG/distribution background a plus, but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B sales relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Share available inventory with clients on a daily basis.
• Generate sales opportunities through regular market surveys.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and approaching new clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Position: Sales Officer – AgriFlora, Islamabad Site
Location: Islamabad
Reports To: Sales Manager / Site Head – Islamabad

Position Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and growing B2B sales relationships for AgriFlora's Islamabad operations, driving new client acquisition, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B sales relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Share available inventory with clients on a daily basis.
• Generate sales opportunities through regular market surveys.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and approaching new clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely inventory updates for clients.
• Follow up on client orders and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.

3. Work Schedule

Islamabad warehouse operational hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
6 working days per week.
Shift timing will be rotational within the operational window.

4. Qualifications & Experience
