Job summary

You will set targets, review CRM and quotations, and coach the team while acting as the escalation point for any customer or installation issue. Salary is PKR 60,000–70,000 per month, with negotiable terms based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales or customer-conversion team, ideally in retail, interiors or home services.
• Excellent English and the ability to coach others on tone and clarity with customers.
• Strong follow-up discipline and comfort reading a pipeline.
• Calm handling of complaints and scheduling clashes.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly targets for enquiries handled, visits booked, quotations sent and orders confirmed.
• Review quotations and CRM follow-ups and chase any that have stalled after measuring.
• Coach executives on explaining fabrics, blind types, motorisation and fixed-price quotations.
• Coordinate installation schedules and escalations with the Sharjah operations team.
• Recruit and train new sales executives and report results to the owner.
