Job summary

Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to manage and support sales information systems and distributor operations.

You will own SnD Pro implementation, configuration, testing, upgrades, maintenance and system health, ensuring robust master data governance, data synchronization, reporting, and Power BI support for regional MIS teams and distributors. You will coordinate with Sales, help desks and external vendors for system enhancements, issue resolution and operational

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within FMCG industry.
Data Management, BI & Reporting.
Systems Integration & Process Automation.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operation of SnD Pro and related sales applications across distributors.
Test and validate new releases, reports, and trade offers; coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Govern master data including sales hierarchy, outlets, channels, pricing, SKUs, stock, and credit.
Lead SnD Pro and Mobile Mobility implementations at distributor sites; ensure timely go-live.
Provide second- and third-level support to regional MIS teams and distributors; troubleshoot issues.
Manage sales data analysis, BI reporting, Power BI support and stakeholder reporting.
Train Sales, MIS and distributor users on reports, releases, processes; drive adoption.
