Pure Peaks, a Pakistan-based international trading and export company focused on premium Himalayan salt and related products sourced from Pakistan, is building an international sales team and seeking Sales Hunters who can find and develop buyers in Pakistan and overseas markets. This is a results-driven role for someone comfortable with cold calling, emailing, following up, and negotiating with potential buyers.

This is a full-time remote or online role based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Find potential buyers in Pakistan and international markets.
• Research importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, food companies, restaurants, and other commercial buyers.
• Identify purchasing managers, owners, and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach where appropriate.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Develop quotations and commercial opportunities with the Pure Peaks team.
• Negotiate with customers and help close orders.
• Maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Keep accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular updates.

Pure Peaks is a Pakistan-based international trading and export company focused on premium Himalayan salt and related products sourced from Pakistan.

We are building an international sales team and are looking for Sales Hunters who can find and develop buyers in Pakistan and overseas markets. This is a results-driven sales position for someone comfortable finding prospects, cold calling, emailing, following up, and negotiating with potential buyers. This is not a passive sales role where leads are simply handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Find potential buyers in Pakistan and international markets.
• Research importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, food companies, restaurants, and other commercial buyers.

Work arrangement

Job Specification

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close new-business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and activity reporting.
• Ability to understand technical or industrial customer requirements and translate them into clear commercial solutions.
• Confident written and verbal communication with professional business customers.
• Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
• Strong market research, account planning, follow-up, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Professional fluency in English.
