Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Sales Manager (Female) for an onsite role in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. You will lead 6 Sales Executives, drive high-yield activities, and manage end-to-end pipeline from outreach to invoicing. The position requires 6–8 years in high-ticket B2C sales and at least 3 years of leadership with a proven quota record.

You will train reps, close complex deals when needed, and report weekly performance to the MD. Shift is Mon-Fri 10:00–17:00, with Saturday WFH; full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Gender preference: Female.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years in high-ticket B2C consultative sales (e.g., Education, Executive Training, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate).
• Leadership: Minimum 3 years leading a sales team of 5+ members with a documented track record of quota attainment.
• Training ability: Proven experience training and developing sales reps who successfully reached their targets.
• Background: Hard sales or business marketing background (psychology background not required).
• Skills: Proficient in CRM usage, fluent in English and Urdu, and comfortable making sales calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Sales Floor Management: manage the sales floor daily to ensure all 6 Sales Executives maintain targets.
• Pipeline Management: conduct twice-weekly pipeline audits from initial touchpoint to final invoice.
• Coaching & Training: listen to calls, conduct role-plays, fix conversion drop-off points.
• Team Development: hire, onboard, and develop Sales Executives into high-performing Relationship Managers.
• Direct Selling: close complex or high-value deals when needed and sell Master Practitioner programs.
• Reporting: prepare and submit weekly reports to Managing Director.
