Zameen is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive in Karachi to expand the client base and close deals.

You will follow up on leads, schedule appointments, conduct site visits, and negotiate terms, with a clear path for salary growth and commissions. The role offers medical coverage, fuel allowance, laptop, provident fund, and annual bonuses in a fast-growing, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with latest trends in the real estate market.
• Manage and follow up on generated leads, achieving daily KPIs.
• Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments and conduct at least 1 meeting per day.
• Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable projects.
• Assist clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs.
• Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively.
• Regularly visit project sites to maintain client engagement and market knowledge.
