Job summary

A7 Real Estates is seeking a Telesales Executive to support its real estate sales activities from Lahore. This role focuses on contacting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and arranging qualified follow-up with the sales team.

The successful candidate will communicate professionally, maintain accurate lead records, and contribute to consistent customer engagement, meeting call activity and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

• Confident and professional telephone communication, with clear spoken Urdu; English is beneficial.
• Ability to build rapport, ask focused questions, identify customer needs and qualify sales leads.
• Comfortable working toward call activity and appointment-setting targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and property investors using provided lead information.
• Introduce available properties and services, ask discovery questions, and qualify prospects based on requirements.
• Arrange appointments, property consultations, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Respond to routine inquiries clearly and route complex property or pricing questions to a colleague.
• Maintain current records of calls, lead status, and next steps in the company’s tracking system.
• Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, respecting customer preferences and policies.
• Coordinate with sales colleagues to share prospect updates and support progress toward team targets.
• Provide feedback on common questions to improve calling approaches.
