• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales is a plus (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM familiarity.
