About the Role

• Position: Sales Development Executive
• Department: Sales — Website & Marketing Services
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Type: Full-time, office-based
• Location: Al-Hafeez Suites, Off MM Alam Road, 69/B-2, Block B-2, Gulberg III, Lahore

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for website development and marketing services
• Engage prospects through calls, follow-ups, and structured sales conversations
• Pitch tailored digital solutions based on client needs
• Convert qualified prospects into closed deals
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the sales cycle

Required Skills

• Experienced Fronters: professionals skilled at opening conversations, engaging cold leads, and pitching effectively
• Experienced Closers: proven performers who handle objections confidently and close deals
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated individuals comfortable in a target-driven, night-shift environment
