Job summary

HRBS Global seeks a Sales Coordination & Order Management Executive to streamline order processing across sales, plant, stores, dispatch, and accounts in Faisalabad.

You will process customer orders in Odoo, verify stock, coordinate timelines, and generate weekly reports while maintaining accurate records. Excellent Excel and English/Urdu communication are essential; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, order processing, dispatch or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a technical discipline.
• Based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site.
• Proficient in Excel and digital tools; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and ability to manage multiple orders under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken Urdu and English.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordination & Order Management Executive to coordinate between the field sales team, plant, production, stores, dispatch, and accounts, ensuring orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and book customer orders, quotations, and proforma invoices in Odoo.
• Coordinate with production and sales to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Track orders and dispatches, flag supply constraints, and ensure committed dates are met.
• Coordinate loading, vehicles, dispatch documentation, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, stock, and dispatch records in Odoo.
• Handle routine customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Coordinate TDS, method statements, and technical literature requests with relevant teams.
• Support Accounts with receivables, credit checks, and outstanding reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales, dispatch, and pending-order reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, order processing, dispatch, or customer service; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a technical discipline.
• Based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site.
• Strong Excel and digital tools skills; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and ability to manage multiple orders under pressure.
• Good written and spoken Urdu & English.
• Willingness to learn and work with Odoo.
