Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Sales Coordination & Order Management Executive in Faisalabad to streamline orders across field sales, plant, production, stores, dispatch, and accounts. You will ensure timely processing of orders and accurate documentation in Odoo.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales coordination or related roles, strong Excel and ERP/Odoo exposure, and fluent Urdu and English. On-site work in Faisalabad with growth opportunities in a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, order processing, dispatch, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a technical discipline.
• Based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site.
• Strong Excel and digital tools; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Good Urdu & English communication; ability to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Process and book customer orders, quotations, and proforma invoices in Odoo.
• Coordinate with production and sales to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Track orders and dispatches, flag supply constraints, and ensure committed dates are met.
• Coordinate loading, vehicles, dispatch documentation, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, stock, and dispatch records in Odoo.
• Handle routine customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Coordinate TDS, method statements, and technical literature requests with relevant teams.
• Support Accounts with receivables, credit checks, and outstanding reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales, dispatch, and pending-order reports.

About the Role
