HR Ways in Lahore is seeking a Senior Sales & Application Engineer to drive growth in VFDs and industrial electrical solutions. You will identify opportunities, prepare technical quotations, and close orders while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years or 2–4 years of industrial sales experience, a B.E./B.S. in Electrical/Electronics, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Our client company is an Engineering Company that deals primarily in Power Sector, particularly in the Gas Turbine filtration division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for VFDs, electric motors, and industrial electrical solutions.
• Identify and approach industrial customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and prepare technical quotations.
• Manage sales inquiries from initial contact through negotiation and order closure.
• Develop customer relationships, conduct technical meetings, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and technical support.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of VFDs, electric motors, and industrial electrical applications.
• Proven experience in industrial sales, customer development, and closing business.
• Good understanding of the industrial customer base in Lahore and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Work Days: Mon - Fri

Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6PM
