Job summary

DEngage is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager in Karachi to retain and grow an existing client portfolio. You will own accounts, drive adoption, and deliver value through tailored digital marketing solutions.

You will onboard new customers, monitor health metrics, coordinate with support and product teams, conduct trainings, and pursue renewals and upsell opportunities while championing customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in SaaS customer success/account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends.
• Familiarity with customer success tools (Gainsight, Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Growth mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and educate them on platform features.
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
• Monitor customer health metrics and flag risks to retention.
• Address inquiries and coordinate with support/product/engineering.
• Conduct trainings, webinars, and workshops for customers.
• Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent customer feedback to product teams for enhancements.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction and usage metrics.
• Develop churn-prevention strategies and act on insights.
