Job summary

Datamatics Technologies, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, seeks an experienced RPA Engineer for a 12-month contractual role focused on migrating Autosphere processes to an in-house RPA platform and stabilizing automation operations.

You will partner with business, IT and data teams to convert manual workflows into reliable, end-to-end automation and integrate AI agents across enterprise systems while ensuring security and governance standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on production RPA experience.
Experience end-to-end with RPA bots in production environments.
Power Automate experience.
n8n experience.
UiPath or Autosphere or Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism experience.
RPA bot operations & production support.
Bot orchestration & scheduling.
Credential management & secure bot access.
Bot monitoring, logging, troubleshooting & incident handling.
Process analysis and mapping skills with as-is/to-be workflows.
Identify and quantify business value of automation.
Gather requirements with business & IT stakeholders.
Documentation of automation processes and integrations.
Strong communication across business & tech audiences.
Knowledge of information security and data privacy in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of Autosphere processes to an in-house RPA platform.
Inventory, assess, and prioritize automation processes for migration.
Re-engineer processes, rebuild bots, test, cutover, and decommission legacy bots.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Autosphere, AA, Blue Prism.
Collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and define automation workflows.
Map as-is processes, identify opportunities, and design to-be workflows.
Develop and integrate AI agents to improve productivity across teams.
Manage day-to-day RPA operations: orchestration, scheduling, credential management, monitoring, logging.
Ensure automation solutions comply with information security, data privacy, governance, and quality standards.
Document RPA processes, AI/ML workflows, and integrations.
