Job summary

Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer in Islamabad to design, develop, deploy, and operate enterprise automation. The role focuses on migrating Autosphere processes in-house, stabilizing operations, and establishing governance.

You will work with AI agents, AI/ML workflows, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure automation across business functions.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on production RPA experience.
Experience designing, developing, deploying, and operating RPA bots in production.
Hands-on with Microsoft Power Automate.
Hands-on with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Autosphere, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Strong bot operations, scheduling, and monitoring experience.
Understanding of information security and data privacy in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end migration of autosphere processes to an in-house RPA platform.
Inventory, assess, and prioritize automation processes for migration.
Re-engineer processes, rebuild bots, test, and manage cutover.
Collaborate with business and IT to define automation workflows.
Develop and integrate AI agents to improve productivity across teams.
Manage day-to-day RPA operations: orchestration, scheduling, credentials, monitoring.
