Job summary

Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd in Islamabad, Pakistan seeks an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and operate enterprise automation solutions. The role focuses on migrating Autosphere processes to an in-house RPA platform, stabilizing operations, and establishing governance and standards.

You will collaborate with business, IT and data teams to create reliable, scalable end-to-end workflows with AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands‑on production RPA experience.
End-to-end RPA bot deployment in production environments.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience with n8n.
Experience with UiPath, Autosphere, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.
Experience in bot operations and production support.
Bot orchestration and scheduling.
Credential management and secure bot access.
Bot monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
Process analysis and mapping including as‑is and to‑be workflows.
Ability to quantify the business value of automation.
Requirements gathering with business and IT stakeholders.
Documentation of automation processes, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Understanding of information security, data privacy governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of Autosphere processes to an in-house RPA platform.
Inventory, assess, and prioritize automation processes for migration.
Re-engineer processes, rebuild bots, test, manage cutover, and decommission legacy bots.
Identify, analyze, and document processes suitable for RPA and AI-driven automation.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation with major platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Autosphere, etc.).
Collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and define workflows.
Map as‑is processes, identify opportunities, design to‑be workflows.
Develop and integrate AI agents to improve productivity across teams.
Work with datasets for data prep, model training, validation, optimization, and evaluation.
Integrate AI models with automation workflows and enterprise systems.
Manage day-to-day RPA operations: orchestration, scheduling, credential management, monitoring, logging, and infra capacity.
Maintain and monitor deployed bots for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automation based on user feedback and metrics.
Document RPA processes, AI/ML workflows, and integrations.
Ensure automation complies with information security, data privacy, governance, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
Continuously evaluate emerging RPA and AI technologies and recommend improvements.
Ensure bots and AI agents operate within approved systems and controls.
