Job summary

Exper Labs in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an RPA Engineer to design, develop, test and deploy scalable automation solutions. You will build bots that automate repetitive tasks, integrate with APIs and databases, and work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into automated workflows.

The role requires strong programming skills, experience with RPA platforms, and a focus on reliable, secure automation.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in RPA or automation engineering.
Hands-on with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, C#, or VB.NET).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services and SQL.
Ability to map business processes to automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and automation solutions.
Build bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks across business applications.
Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, web apps and third-party systems.
Develop reusable and scalable automation components.
Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.
Document automation workflows, designs, configurations, and processes.
Maintain and enhance existing automation workflows.
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.
Ensure automation solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
