Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 2–4 years of rice seed sales experience.
• Experience with seed dealers, distributors and growers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with seed dealers, distributors, and growers to expand market share.
• Promote certified and hybrid rice seed varieties and achieve targets.
• Conduct field demonstrations, seed trials, farmer meetings, and field days.
• Provide agronomic guidance on seed selection and crop management.
• Review sales forecasts with Regional Manager and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales plans.
• Ensure product visibility at retail points through merchandising and inventory planning.
• Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
