Job summary

Jaffer Group in Badin, Sindh, Pakistan seeks a Territory Sales Officer for rice seed. You will build and nurture a dealer network, promote certified and hybrid rice varieties, and achieve annual sales targets through field activity and farmer engagement.

The role requires strong field presence, data-driven planning, and practical knowledge of seed marketing. You will conduct field days, seed trials, and grower meetings, while providing agronomic guidance to farmers and monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 2–4 years of rice seed sales experience preferred.
• Experience in rice seed marketing and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with seed dealers, distributors, and rice growers.
• Promote and sell certified and hybrid rice seed varieties to achieve targets.
• Plan and conduct field days, trials, farmer meetings, and demand generation activities.
• Provide agronomic guidance on seed selection, establishment, and crop management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales strategy.
