OLX Pakistan is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team in Lahore. You will turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth.

Collaborating with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, BI, HR, and Operations, you will develop performance insights, strengthen analytical frameworks, and support data-driven commercial decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales analytics, consulting, revenue operations, or performance management.
• Turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs including revenue, collections, productivity, conversion, customer and seller performance, throughput, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Analyze performance trends across Daily Operational Reviews (DORs), Weekly Operational Reviews (WORs), and Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and business opportunities through structured analysis and recommend actionable solutions to improve commercial outcomes.
