You will review accounts, validate eligibility, coordinate credits or replacements, and monitor metrics to drive improvements and reduce errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 0–1 year experience in order management or returns operations.
• Experience handling high-volume transaction workflows with accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/billing/order management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage return requests from initiation through resolution with accurate documentation.
• Review customer accounts, orders, invoices, and records to validate eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve return-related issues, credits, replacements, and updates.
• Maintain records in business systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor return activity and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Investigate root causes and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prepare reporting to support operational reviews and decision-making.
