Zones IT Solutions in Islamabad is seeking an Order Management Specialist to execute the supply chain's order management practice in PK, ensuring fulfillment of sales and client requirements via CRM case submissions. The role coordinates with Procurement, Sales, and vendors to deliver accurate, timely results.

You will develop standardized responses, manage SCR library, and coach requestors to improve submissions while maintaining strong relationships across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Order Management, Project Management or Customer Management.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management activities via CRM cases.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and vendors to fulfill client orders.
• Develop and use Standardized Complete Responses (SCRs) for efficiency.
• Maintain SCRs and draft new ones as needed.
• Coach case requestors to improve submissions and reduce non-value requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of order status and performance.
