Job summary

Khanewal is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Analyst to manage sales orders, ensure SAP entries for retail transactions, and reconcile data across Finance and Operations in an Oil & Gas context.

You will maintain site-wise sales, fuel volume, and stock data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and coordinate with Site Managers, Retail, and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petroleum.
• Experience with SAP and sales reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders and ensure accurate and timely SAP entries for retail transactions.
• Maintain and verify daily site-wise sales, fuel volume, and stock data for internal reporting.
• Reconcile retail sales with Finance records and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with retail sites, Site Managers, Retail, and Finance teams to ensure smooth data flow and operational coordination.
• Maintain accurate retail records, documentation, and reports for audits and management review.
• Support the Retail Department in sales monitoring, data analysis, and day-to-day operational activities.
