Job summary

PakWheels seeks an Operations Manager – Service Center to lead the launch, expansion, and ongoing management of Service Centers in Lahore and surrounding regions. The role focuses on operational excellence, retail growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning with company goals.

The candidate will oversee site launches, recruit and develop teams, drive KPIs, and deliver strategic reports for management.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in lubricants/oil marketing, automotive service, or related retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience in retail business development, network expansion, and operational management.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lubricating oil marketing companies or automotive service businesses will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple Service Center operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, launch, and expansion of Service Centers across Lahore and assigned territories.
• Act as the project owner by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of Service Center teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Service Centers, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of targets.
• Develop site-wise business plans and identify opportunities for retail expansion.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and business research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Ensure customer service excellence and maintain standards for quality, pricing, and compliance.
• Lead and manage both blue-collar and white-collar teams across the region.
• Prepare operational reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for management.
