Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of hands-on automotive service experience, with strong leadership, customer service and reporting skills. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on automotive service operations experience.
• Proven track record of leading service teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, vehicle maintenance, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Ensure oil change, inspection, and customer handling meet SOPs and standards.
• Manage inventory of oils, filters, and consumables.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Provide product and service recommendations based on vehicle condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor service metrics, team productivity, and branch sales.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
