Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist in Lahore to manage day‑to‑day AP/AR in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting. You will use NetSuite for transactions and reporting while supporting vendor and customer management and ensuring timely reconciliations.

The role requires 4–6 years of related accounting experience, strong English communication, and hands‑on AP/AR skills. Experience with Tipalti and working for a Canadian‑based corporation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mandatory: experience in retail high‑volume accounting.
• Hands‑on with AP and AR beyond data entry.
• Experience with reconciliations, vendor and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day AP/AR activities in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other transactions accurately.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with vendor and customer account management and inquiries.
• Utilize NetSuite for transactions, reporting and reconciliations.
• Use Tipalti or similar AP automation to support processing and workflows.
• Monitor payables/receivables and follow up on items as needed.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors and customers.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
