Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Lahore, Pakistan, to manage day-to-day AP/AR in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires NetSuite expertise and familiarity with AP automation like Tipalti.

You will support reconciliations, vendor/customer management, and year-end activities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable beyond data entry.
• Excellent working knowledge of NetSuite is required.
• Experience with Tipalti or similar AP automation solution.
• Experience with a Canadian‑based corporation is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day AP and AR activities in a high-volume retail environment.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions accurately and promptly.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with vendor and customer account management, including inquiries and issues.
• Utilize NetSuite for transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Use Tipalti or similar AP automation to support invoice processing and payments.
• Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and follow up as needed.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors and customers to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Leverage AI and other tools to support automation.
• Investigate issues independently before escalation.
• Support peak-period workload.
