Job summary

Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver and update life support courses for hospital staff and the community. You will lead hands-on CPR/AHA training, assess competency, manage registrations, and ensure certifications are maintained according to HN, provincial, and international standards.

The role requires 4 years with a Bachelor's or 3 years with a Master’s in a related field, with AHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
Bachelor's or Master's in related health field; AHA certification preferred.
Certification from American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training sessions on resuscitation techniques (CPR, AED) and life support.
Update training materials to align with current AHA guidelines and evidence.
Teach CPR, ACLS, and PALS courses to hospital staff and community.
Conduct both in-person and online sessions using simulators and manikins.
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and course registrations.
Ensure participants receive recognized certifications and maintain instructor certifications.
Assess participant understanding and skills through observation and tests.
Maintain records of progress, attendance, and performance for compliance.
Monitor program effectiveness and update content to improve quality.
