Job summary

LNH seeks a Clinical Instructor for Nursing Education Services to plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing staff training. The role involves bedside teaching, clinical rounds, and collaborating with unit heads to identify education needs.

Candidate should have B.Sc. Nursing with 4-5 years clinical experience and at least 1 year teaching experience, along with PNC registration and proficiency in English and Urdu. MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing with at least 4–5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Experience in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions and proficiency in clinical audits and reporting.
• Must have valid PNC registration.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Conduct random clinical rounds to evaluate staff performance and instructional methodologies. Share reports with Section Heads, Chief Nursing Officer, and Controller Nursing Administration.
• Collaborates with supervisors and unit heads to identify in-service program needs.
• Manages the NES as part of Continuous Quality Improvement.
• Participates in quality efforts such as Nursing Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Infection Control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Sc. Nursing with at least 4 to 5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.
• Should have experience in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions and should be well-versed in clinical audits and reporting.
• Must have valid PNC registration.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Candidates having specialization in ICU and ER and/or certified for BLS, ACLS, and ECG will be preferred.
